A site organised around the teams Guimini works with, in Guimini's own visual language.
TLDR Guimini was moving from Salesforce specialist to AI and CRM agency, and wanted a site that spoke to each team it works with. The company reworked its offer on its side. Heka designed the site from Guimini's brand charter, built it in Webflow with its CMS and forms, and handed the content to the team, with a guide written for it.

Overview
Guimini is a Salesforce and AI agency. For the third version of guimini.com, Heka designed the site in Figma from Guimini's brand charter, built it in Webflow with its CMS and forms, then moved it into Guimini's own Webflow workspace. The team runs the content, and Heka looks after the site under an annual maintenance contract.
Guimini was moving from Salesforce specialist to AI and CRM agency. On its side, the company reworked how it presents its offer: around the functions of the teams it works with, such as sales or marketing, rather than as a list of services, each former service becoming an area of expertise. The new site is built on that structure.
Heka designed the site in Figma from Guimini's brand charter. After the first review, Guimini asked for its identity to be pushed further, and the design was reworked in that direction. Heka then built the site in Webflow: a page for each function, the expertise and partner pages, the agency pages and the blog, on a CMS the team edits. The contact, application and resource forms send their requests to Pardot, and the addresses of the previous site redirect to the new pages. An editing guide, written for the team, came with the handover.
guimini.com has run on this version since October 2026. Since the site moved into Guimini's own Webflow workspace, the team updates its pages and CMS content itself, with the guide at hand. Heka keeps looking after the site under an annual maintenance contract.
